Usually answered within a couple of days. Norwegian or English, whichever you prefer.
What to write about

| Something is broken | Your phone model, what you did, and what happened instead. If it concerns one session, the date and track are enough to find it. |
| Delete my account | See tidel.no/delete-account — there is a prefilled email there. |
| Privacy request | Access, correction, export or deletion under GDPR. Your account code helps. See the Privacy Policy. |
| A track is wrong | Which track, and what is wrong — name, position, finish line or layout. Track data in Tidel is shared, so a fix helps everyone who rides there. |
| Beta access | Which platform you ride with, iPhone or Android. |
| Press, clubs, collaboration | Just write. Tidel is small and easy to talk to. |
